At Broadway Open Stage Studio, we believe in nurturing the next generation of leaders in the performing arts. Our Leaders-In-Training (L-I-T) Crew is a unique Teaching Assistant Program designed to cultivate student skills, interests, and talents. This program not only positions students as leaders and role models within our community but also offers them invaluable resume-building experiences. Furthermore, it serves as a stepping stone, preparing students for potential future paid opportunities within our studio.

These include Volunteer Apprenticeships, where students can gain hands-on experience and mentorship, and Paid Assistantships, which provide students with a chance to earn while they learn.
